Yoga has started
Every Monday | 18:00 | 19.15 The Hall, Kilchoan Community CentreGentle vinyasa yoga (movement with the breath.) Suitable for beginners and more experienced alike. All poses can be modified to suit individuals. £7 per session.
No need to book but contact penny@allbeingyoga.org if coming along for the first time or if you need to borrow a yoga mat. -
